after a plane crash you just got to salvage what you can and start moving...

Wash Away by Joe Purdy

I got troubles, lord, but not today
'Cause they're gonna wash away
They're gonna wash away

And I have sins, lord, but not today
'Cause they're gonna wash away
They're gonna wash away

And I have friends, lord, but not today
'Cause they done washed away
They done washed away

Lord, I've been crying alone
I've been crying alone
No, no more crying alone
no, no more crying here.

We get lonely, lord, but not today
Cause we're gonna wash away
We're gonna wash away

I got troubles, lord, but not today
Cause they're gonna wash away
This old river's gonna take them away.

Hey Bev. Stopped by to see if there were any more comments on the Rush thing, but it's gone. I hope I didn't say anything that upset you in my comment.

Hope you've had a blessed Sunday.

Rejoyce..no man no..I took it off because I chickened out. I felt I was too harsh or too political. Maybe I will get up some nerve later. Now, I am curious, what did you comment?

Geez - what did "Anonymous" say - I think he/she has it in for you, Beverly!

Oh, I thought you would have seen it even if the post was deleted - I forgot not everyone has their blog set up to e-mail comments when they're made.

Let's see. I mentioned that I do not listen to Rush. I said that I had heard that MJF has admitted on occasion to not taking his meds prior to something like that, but that I think that it was not so good for Rush to say something like that, either, without solid proof. It's so hard to know who is putting a spin on what these days. And, I also said that my father-in-law had the misfortune of having Parkinsons Disease.

I would love to hear this song, Beverly. I have never heard it before, but the words really say something, don't they? Well, at least they do to me.

I hope you are well. How is Sam?
