Today, I did Candy...I ran for 1/2 mile..that sounds pretty lame considering one year ago I was running 3 miles without stopping, but I will be patient with this bod of mine.

All I can say is I am proud of you. If I had one I'm just about sure I'd use it too. Well, kinda sure. Although we do need another place to hang laundry.

The Capitol 10k is a walk-run 6.2 miles through the streets of Austin. I have a video of last year if you would like to see it. You would love it. Keep Austin weird!
